With other users: Your display name, country, and listing content are visible to other users of the Platform. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

• SendGrid — used to deliver transactional email notifications on our behalf.
• Google — used for OAuth authentication if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of AllBreed Solutions or others.

5. Payments

The Platform does not process payments directly. Payment information (such as PayPal handles or Venmo usernames) is exchanged directly between buyers and sellers. We do not collect or store any payment credentials.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention records).

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

8. Your Choices

• Email notifications: You can manage your notification preferences from your Settings page at any time.
• Account information: You can update your display name, country, and other profile details from your Profile page.
• Account deletion: To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at admin@allbreed.solutions.

The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
