Terms of Conduct

1. Purpose

PigeonDB MarketPlace exists to serve a passionate and respectful community of pigeon enthusiasts. To keep this a safe and welcoming space for everyone, all users are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and common decency. These Terms of Conduct describe the standards we enforce and the consequences for violations.

2. Prohibited Content

Listings, messages, reviews, and any other content submitted to the Platform must not contain or promote:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies harm to animals or people.
• Political messaging, campaigning, or propaganda of any nature.
• Content that endangers minors, including exploitation, solicitation, or any material that is harmful to children.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Harassment or threats directed at other users or any individual.
• Fraud or deception, including misrepresented animals, fake listings, or false identities.
• Illegal content of any kind, including content that violates applicable laws governing the sale of live animals.

3. Listing Removal and Fees

If a listing is found to violate these Terms of Conduct following review by our moderation team, it will be removed from the Platform immediately. No refund of any listing fee will be issued in connection with a removal for conduct violations. By submitting a listing, you acknowledge that compliance with these standards is a condition of your listing remaining active.

4. Enforcement — Warning and Removal Policy

We apply a progressive enforcement policy:

• First violation: The offending content will be removed and the user will receive a formal warning by email. The warning will describe the nature of the violation and make clear that a second violation will result in permanent removal.
• Second violation: The user's account will be permanently suspended and removed from the Platform. Their email address will be blacklisted and may not be used to create a new account.

We reserve the right to bypass the warning stage and proceed directly to permanent removal for severe violations, including but not limited to any content that involves child endangerment, credible threats of violence, or clearly criminal activity.

5. Impact on Sister Applications

PigeonDB MarketPlace is part of the AllBreed Solutions family of applications. Users who are removed from this Platform for conduct violations may also be subject to suspension or removal from our sister applications, including PigeonDB.com. AllBreed Solutions reserves the right to coordinate enforcement across its platforms to protect the broader community.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms of Conduct, please use the "Report this listing" option on the listing page, or contact us directly at admin@allbreed.solutions. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit an appeal to admin@allbreed.solutions within 14 days of the removal. We will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable time. Our decision on appeal is final.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Conduct from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
